Compression blanket - Useful for proprioceptive input and for kids who like push, pull and carry activities or big squeezes.
Chair bands - Helpful for children to push their feet against to help with getting movement and muscle feedback when sitting.
Liquid motion timers - Great for kids who seek visual stimulation and can be used to make timing more predictable.
Squishy sensory toy - These ones are a favourite for me and many children! Good squishy feel and also visually satisfising.
Ear Defenders - So useful to have a pair or two for children who are auditory sensitive.
The Super Sensory Squad Book - Helping children understand different sensory needs through playful penguins.
Poppits - You can get such a variety, and you can get different ones that may link to a deep interest of a child. I love these football ones where you can connect through football.
Marble mesh fidgets - These fidgets are quite subtle and make no noise which is useful but do not purchase for little ones.
Stress Ball - You can get a variety but we love the feel of these NeeDoh ones!
Sensory Board - These are great for all ages (even adults!), again no sound too!
Sand Timer - These are helpful for children who find transition tricky. They come in different lengths of time and are a good size.
